Do I need a new website?
No. Keep your current website and domain. We can connect its request form to SablePilot. If you need a new site, we can plan a fast bilingual contractor site as a separate project.
What does SablePilot handle?
Website requests, customer details, assignments, notes, appointments, teammate access, and approved customer email. Quotes, invoices, payments, phone calls, and texts are separate. We review and test any of those before your crew relies on them.
Does my crew work from the dashboard?
Yes. Each authorized teammate gets a private account for the leads, appointments, messages, and tasks they are allowed to handle. The owner decides who sees everything and who sees only assigned work.
Can SablePilot work with our calendar?
Yes. The contractor connects the company calendar from the dashboard, chooses where visits belong, and keeps the connection under the company's account.
Who owns our accounts and customer data?
You do. Your company should own its domain, phone number, calendar, messaging accounts, and customer records. SablePilot receives only the access needed to run the workflow you approve.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Contact SablePilot support. Monthly plans run month to month, while annual plans are paid upfront for a 12-month term. We confirm the effective date and any price change in writing.
